Cancellation Policy

To accommodate our planning and scheduling, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time. For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event, a fee of $50 will be charged. This fee compensates for the preparation and potential loss of booking opportunities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Damage Fee Policy: Please be advised that a $500 damage fee will be charged in the event that any rented equipment, including the foam pit, foam cannon, and Inflatable Mega Water Park, is returned with damage. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the repair or replacement of the equipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all items are returned in the same condition as they were provided. Cleaning Fee and Equipment Use Policy: FoamParti is committed to providing clean and well-maintained equipment for all our customers. A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied if the rented equipment, including the foam pit, foam cannon, and Inflatable Mega Water Park, is not returned clean, dry, and in the same condition as at the time of rental. Additionally, to prevent damage and ensure safety, all equipment must be used on grass surfaces only. Your adherence to these conditions helps us ensure a great experience for everyone.
